An escape room in the classroom related to academic topics can be a fun and engaging way to reinforce learning. You can create puzzles and challenges that relate to specific subjects such as ELA, math, science, or history. We always make sure to incorporate teamwork and critical thinking skills to make it a truly educational experience.

Poetry writing and analysis can help students develop their creativity and language skills.  Not only that, but as part of our class students get the opportunity to showcase their original work. Poetry showcase events provide a creative outlet for self-expression and can help to develop language and communication skills. Participating in poetry showcases can also boost confidence and self-esteem, as kids have the opportunity to share their work with others.

During the year our students learn about nonfiction texts, text features, and how to research effectively. After acquiring all that information, they work diligently to apply it all within an educational magazine to share with other amazing TASIS Dorado learners.

Readers theater is a fun and engaging way to help students improve their reading skills. By reading a script as a group, students can practice fluency, expression, and comprehension.
